Oh what a precious gift we have been given through the Word of God.

May God continue to open our eyes to all the treasures found in it.

The Word of God is living and active; it continues to transform hearts and lives.

It stands eternal; heaven and earth will pass away but the Word of the Lord stands forever.

The Bible is spiritual bread for our hungry hearts and it is living water that never runs dry for our thirsty souls.

When our path is dark, God’s Word is the light that guides us down paths of righteousness.

The truth will set us free as it corrects and equips us.

All Scripture is God-breathed, it’s very words are from God written down by human authors.

We are blessed when we hear the Word of God and obey it.

His every Word will prove to be eternally true.

Faith comes from hearing the Word of God.

When we hide it in our heart, it will keep us from sin.

It is through the Word we learn of our inability to keep the law of God,

But we also learn of everything Jesus accomplished in His life, death and resurrection.

Through His grace we can be forgiven and transformed into a new creation.

Jesus is the Word that became flesh and dwelt among us,

He is the exact representative of our Father in Heaven.

God’s Word will accomplish His purposes every time it is taught and heard.

God has chosen to reveal Himself to us primarily through His Word.

Therefore, may we never take His Word for granted.

May we hold it in high regard and submit our lives to it even when others are trying to dismiss it.

May the Lord help us to not be ashamed of His Word, but rather be seeking to cherish, treasure, hold fast to and obey it above all else always.
