Find a place to commune with Jesus.
Withdraw from all the busyness and stress of life,
Turn down all the noise and distractions.
Come enjoy the rest Jesus offers,
He invites us to come away to a quiet place.
It will become such a treasured spot,
One you will want to return to over and over.

We all need a place to pour out our heart to Jesus:
To tell Him all of our worries
To express our joys and praises
To seek His guidance and help in our trials
To ask for His wisdom in our confusions
To confess our sins and struggles.
Jesus is a kind and sympathetic Savior,
He understands the weakness of the human heart.
He was tempted as we are yet He endured without a trace of sin.

Work to find time to enjoy your relationship with Jesus.
Dear Christian, it will be worth every effort.
Take in His wonderful creation and displays of glory.
Drink deeply of His goodness and grace.
Mediate on His living and active Word.
Let His Holy Spirit comfort and strengthen you.

It is a precious gift to know and walk with Jesus,
Spend time reveling in the greatness of being reconciled with Him through the cross.
